Abstract

Tuberkulosis atau biasa dikenal dengan TBC adalah penyakit infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri (mycobacterium Tuberculosis). Tuberkulosis masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) dengan 5.890 kasus TB pada Tahun 2021. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui lebih rinci jumlah pasien kasus tuberkulosis terdaftar dan diobati menurut jenis kelamin berdasarkan kabupaten atau kota di provinsi NTB. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan jumlah populasi penderita tuberkulosis pada penelitian ini adalah 5.890 orang dengan sampel adalah kelompok angka kesembuhan dan pengobatan penyakit tuberkulosis sebanyak 5.631orang. Untuk metode analasis data yang digunakan adalah Clustering K-Means. Berdasarkan hasil clustering dengan algoritma k-means didapatkan bahwa sesuai dengan cluster 0 terdapat 4 kabupaten/ kota, untuk cluster 1 terdapat 5 kabupaten, kota, dan untuk cluster 2 terdapat 1 kabupaten/ kota. Oleh sebab itu sangat perlu adanya perhatian serius terhadap penanggulangan penyakit
